The NPK fertilizer production and coating machine

 The compound chemical fertilizer refers to a chemical fertilizer containing two or more kinds of nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. A binary compound fertilizer containing two nutrients and a ternary compound fertilizer containing three nutrients. The active ingredient of the compound fertilizer is generally expressed in terms of the corresponding percentages of N, P2O5 and K2O. According to different production methods, it can be divided into two types: compound fertilizer and mixed compound fertilizer. The main procedures to get the NPK fertilizer is first to crush all the all materials into powder,then mix them well,then all the powdery fertilizer are granulated into pellets in the granulator machine.

  Compared to organic fertilizer, the advantages of the NPK fertilizer are high active ingredient, variety of nutrients; the secondary components are few and have little adverse effect on soil. low production cost; good physical properties. The disadvantages are the nutrient ratio is fixed, it is difficult to adapt to the different needs of various soil and various crops, often need to use single fertilizer supplement adjustment.
