Rotary drum granulator is a molding machine that can make powder material into particle shape. Rotary drum granulator is one of the key equipment in the NPK fertilizer industry, which Iis suitable for large-scale production of cold, hot granulation and high,medium and low concentration NPK compound fertilizer. The main working principle is granulating with wet granulation.Through a certain amount of water or steam, the basic fertilizer is fully chemically reacted in the cylinder after being humidified.In a certain liquid phase,the rotating movement of the barrel is helpful to make the material into ball by the extrusion pressure.
The shell of the machine uses special rubber slab lining or acid-resistant stainless lining board which can realize auto scar removal and de-tumor instead of traditional drawknife equipment. This machine has so many advantages such as high balling strength, good looking,corrosion resistance,wear resistance,low energy consumption, long operation life, convenient operation and easy maintenance and so on.
1.The balling rate is 80%, with small amount of return material, small size of feed and can be re-granulation;
2.By steam heating, it can improve the temperature of material, so that the water is low after ball forming, thus improve the drying efficiency;
3.Using rubber engineering plastics as lining, the raw materials are not easy to stick, and playing a role of anti-corrosion and thermal insulation.
4.It has large production capacity,low power consumption and maintenance cost.
Working Principle:
The main motor drives the belt and pulley, and transmits to the driving shaft through the reducer. The counter open gears that installed on the driving shaft engaged with the large gears that fixed on the machine body and work in opposite directions. The material enters the cylinder through the feed end,through the processing of the special internal structure and then made into particles and finally flow out of the outlet.
