Drying and cooling machine used in the fertilizer production line

  In the production of organic fertilizer line after the powdery fertilizer being granulated into pellets,the moisture is high, so they are needed to be dried to a required water content.and in NPK compound fertilizer line,after granulation process,the granular fertilizer also need to be dried first.the hot air stove will be used to supply heat for the dring machine in drying process,the fuel can be gas,oil,coal,wood etc.after being dried,then needed to cooled,just open one side of the cooling machine to let the wind in to cool the pellets.

Though the drying machine and cooling machine are not core machines in the fertilizer production,if the capacity is low,the customers don't have to use them, just cool in the sunshine,but for large capacity,it's better to use are our drying machine and cooling machine for your choose.

  The drum dryer mainly consists of the feed seal head, the discharge seal head, the motor drive, the drum main engine and the supporting wheel base. The machine adopts the flowing and sealing drying process, the wet materials enter the dryer, then they will be distributed in the drum dryer and fully access to the hot air in the drum dryer to increase the process. the material will be discharged from end of the dryer, under the action of the tilting plate and hot air. It can run continuously, with fewer breakdowns, lower maintenance cost, lower power consumption and higher output. It is widely used in various fertilizer production lines such as organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, compost and so on.

  The shape of the drum cooler and is basically same with the drum dryer, the material is added from the feed head, the cold wind is entered from the discharge end,then the two meet, making it down to a certain temperature. The machine is designed to reduce the pollution of the cold air and improve the working environment. Working with dryer can greatly improve the cooling rate, reduce labor intensity, further remove some moisture and reduce the temperature of fertilizer granules. The rotary cooler can also be used for cooling other powdery and granular materials. The device has compact structure, high cooling efficiency, reliable performance and strong adaptability.
