organic fertilizer production line fermenting and turning process has the following main points:
1. The main material is livestock manure, and the ingredients (straw, waste tobacco, mango planting and processing waste, etc.) are crushed, and some nitrogen and phosphate rock powder may be added as appropriate. Adjust the nutrient and carbon to nitrogen ratio, carbon to phosphorus ratio, pH value of the material. After treatment, the moisture content of the raw material is 60%-65%, and the C/N ratio is 20-30. If the production of bio-organic fertilizer requires the addition of beneficial bacteria and functional microbial agents, it is generally necessary to add the material temperature after the high temperature period of the fermentation is less than 40 degrees. The paddle-type turning machine can control the material in the tank to facilitate the operation and make full use of it. The batching function of the equipment, the fermentation stirring function, and the stirring and drying function make the production process simple. The process design is: mixing, fermentation, aging (decomposing), drying in one workshop, reducing the multiple handling of materials.
2. Fermentation of organic fertilizer raw materials adopts aerobic fermentation process, adopts paddle type throwing machine, paddle (rotary tooth type, can be reversed and reversed) to cut the material of turning and throwing, and when the material is turned over, the material in the tank can be moved backwards. After turning back and moving about 2.2 meters, the equipment can be applied to the continuous fermentation process (that is, one feed and the other discharge), or it can be applied to the batch fermentation process (that is, the whole tank discharge after the whole tank feed fermentation) The turning machine has a stirring function and can be used as a mixer. When the ingredients are mixed, the layered materials can be evenly mixed and then enter the fermentation zone (or fermentation period), which can greatly save the investment of raw material premixing equipment, material handling and premixing. The workload, the fermentation groove width is 61110 mm, the clearance width is 5910 mm, the groove depth is 1350 mm, the depth of the material layer should be less than or equal to 1.2 m; the
turning machine can work at a speed of 50 m and the air travel speed is 100 m, and the paddle of the throwing machine can be positive. Reverse rotation work.
3. according to the processing volume, one day processing 266.67 tons (65% water content) pig manure, the daily volume of about 300 cubic meters, the design of this program is 6 meters wide, 1.35 meters deep, 7 meters long fermentation tank. The turning machine works in double shifts every day, with about 2 sets of turning machines and 1 set of moving machines. The raw materials of this scheme are distributed to each tank by forklift, and all kinds of materials are required to be layered and evenly distributed; when discharging, the other end of the fermentation tank is discharged by a
forklift, and the fermented organic fertilizer is transported to the turnover workshop or processing workshop.
4. When the fermentation groove is fermented separately, the fermentation groove can be divided into several functional sections: batch mixing section (about 5 meters), fermentation heating section (about 5 meters), high temperature section (about 15 meters), and cooling section (about 15 meters). ), adding a functional bacteria stirring section (about 15 meters), and the rest is an aging drying and discharging section. In the drying zone, the turning machine can be stirred and turned over several times to facilitate water walking. When stirring and fermenting, the mixer should fully utilize the positive and negative functions of the mixer to control the fermentation and drying cycle of the materials in the grooves.
