The organic fertilizer production line fermenting and turning process has the following main points:
1. The batching function of the equipment, the fermentation stirring function, and the stirring and drying function make the production process simple. 2. Fermentation of organic fertilizer raw materials adopts aerobic fermentation process, adopts paddle type throwing machine, paddle (rotary tooth type, can be reversed and reversed) to cut the material of turning and throwing, and when the material is turned over, the material in the tank can be moved backwards. After turning back and moving about 2.2 meters, the equipment can be applied to the continuous fermentation process (that is, one feed and the other discharge), or it can be applied to the batch fermentation process (that is, the whole tank discharge after the whole tank feed fermentation) The turning machine has a stirring function and can be used as a mixer. 4. When the fermentation groove is fermented separately, the fermentation groove can be divided into several functional sections: batch mixing section (about 5 meters), fermentation heating section (about 5 meters), high temperature section (about 15 meters), and cooling section (about 15 meters). ), adding a functional bacteria stirring section (about 15 meters), and the rest is an aging drying and discharging section. In the drying zone, the turning machine can be stirred and turned over several times to facilitate water walking. When stirring and fermenting, the mixer should fully utilize the positive and negative functions of the mixer to control the fermentation and drying cycle of the materials in the grooves.
