The Installation and debugging of Roller Press Granulator

After the particles arrives at the plant, the granulator is used as the main engine, according to the number of units, and is matched with the technological process. Locate the elevation level, and the foundation of the frame has a foot hole, which can be installed on the concrete.

The machine has been debugged before installation, and it needs to be debugged after installation.
(1) Adjustment of roller clearance
In production, it is sometimes necessary to increase the output or increase the bite angle. At this time, the distance between the two rollers can be adjusted, and the distance between the active roll and the passive roll can be adjusted. The specific steps are as follows: after the shutdown, the pressure cap at both ends of the passive axis is removed and the eccentric sleeves inside the two ends are turned in the same direction. One position, the two rolls can not collide each other, and should be kept between the 0.3~1mm.
(2) Adjustment of the counterpart of the ball socket
The ball socket is formed by a pair of dimples on the surface of the two rollers, so there is a problem of axial alignment and circumferential counterpoint.
A: The axial alignment have been adjusted at the time of installation. If adjustment is needed, tighten or loosen the gland on both sides of the passive bearing seat, thereby pushing the displacement of the eccentric sleeve to correspond to the active roller.
B: I machine first unloads the passive gear and the adjustment sleeve six connecting screws, so that the adjustment disc and the passive gear is slightly off, the gear is equipped with adjusting bolts, no matter how much the dislocation can be adjusted, after adjustment, lock all bolt retrial machine.
Type II machine shall be adjusted with eight bolts of loosening coupling, and all bolts retry should be locked after adjustment.
