Scrap standard of some vulnerable parts of fertilizer dryer
1. The wear of bearing bush of drum dryer is more than 1 / 3 of its thickness.
2. The wear amount of the pinion surface of the fertilizer dryer should not be more than 30% of the tooth thickness, and the wear amount of the big gear ring should be more than 25% of the tooth thickness. It can be used upside down, and it should be scrapped when it is ground to 1 / 2.
3. The distortion of the rim of the gear ring of the fertilizer dryer should not be greater than 7.5mm. This will not affect the drying of the particles from the rotary drum granulator.
4. When the hollow shaft of the fertilizer dryer produces grooves, spots or a part of its inner surface is worn through, the hollow shaft should be changed when it is deformed or cracked.
