The biofertilizer production method and operation process

2019/07/31
Bio-organic fertilizer refers to a combination of microbial fertilizers and organic fertilizers, which are composed of specific functional microorganisms and main animal and plant residues (such as livestock and poultry manure, crop straw, etc.), which are combined with harmless treatment and decomposed organic materials with effect of fertilizer. It is a fertilizer that is compounded with specific functional microorganisms based on the organic fertilizer manufacturing process.

Bio-organic fertilizer has high organic matter content, can improve soil, improve soil physical and chemical properties, enhance soil water retention, fertilizer conservation and fertilizer supply, and alleviate soil compaction caused by long-term use of chemical fertilizers; beneficial microorganisms in bio-organic fertilizer enter soil and soil Microorganisms form a symbiotic relationship with each other, inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria and transform them into beneficial bacteria, interact and promote each other, and play a synergistic role in the group. The beneficial bacteria produce a large number of metabolites during the growth and reproduction process, and promote the decomposition and transformation of organic matter. It can directly or indirectly provide crops with a variety of nutrients and irritants to promote and regulate crop growth.

The biofertilizer production method and operation process are as follows:
1. The first step of the production process of bio-organic fertilizer: the general dosage of the selected strain is 0.2%--0.5%.

2. The second step of the production process of bio-organic fertilizer: preparation and requirements of raw materials:
A. Ingredients: human animal waste, various food residues, kitchen garbage, cassava residue, powder residue, bean curd residue, dregs, oil residue, oil cake, bran, sugar mill brewery sludge, slaughter scraps, etc. bulk material.
B. Excipients: Various crop straws, leaf weeds, melon vines, straw, pine shells, peanut shells, sawdust, chaff flour, and sorghum can be dried, pulverized, and high-carbon.
C.Main material: auxiliary material = 5: 1-3: 1.

3. The third step of the production process of bio-organic fertilizer: the moisture control is 60-65%, the hand-grained material is just out of the water, the bacteria, the main material and the auxiliary materials are all mixed evenly, the ambient temperature is above 15 °C, and the first stacking is not less than 4 squares, 1.5 to 2 m wide, 0.6 m high, and unlimited length, vent holes in the pile.

4. The fourth step of the production process of bio-organic fertilizer: the stack temperature starts to fall over at 50 °C, and the fermentation compost turning machine is used to push once every day. If the stack temperature exceeds 65 °C, it will fall over again, and the temperature is controlled below 70 °C. Temperature reduced, the material is loose, no material original odor, slightly ammonia smell, white hyphae in the heap, that is, it has been decomposed.
