Application of rotary cooler in fertilizer manufacturing process

2019/08/19
Rotary cooler is used for organic fertilizer manufacturing, NPK fertilizer production, cooling of certain temperature and particle size fertilizer, and it is used together with rotary dryer. It can greatly increase the cooling rate, reduce the labor intensity, increase the output, further remove part of the water and reduce the grain temperature of the fertilizer. At the same time, it can also be used for the cooling of other powdery and granular materials. The device has compact structure, high cooling efficiency, reliable performance and strong responsiveness.

Working principle:
The belt and the pulley are driven by the main motor, and are driven to the drive shaft through the reducer, and the split gears mounted on the drive shaft are engaged with the large ring gear fixed on the body to work in opposite directions. The finished granules enter the cooling machine through the feeding port from the belt conveyor. As the cylinder rotates, the particles are brought to a certain height by the lifting plate. The angle of the lifting plate and the horizontal plane is further increased, and the particles gradually scatter to form a curtain. The cold air flows through it, allowing it to cool and carry away some of the moisture. Repeated this many times, when the particles reach the discharge port, the temperature has dropped to normal temperature, and the water content is also lower than that after granulation. The air fan is installed in the inlet to continuously pump the air, and the dust is effectively treated.

Performance characteristics:
1. High degree of mechanization, large production capacity, continuous operation.
2. the structure is excellent and simple and the material runs smoothly through the resistance of the cylinder and is easy to operate.
3. Less failure, low maintenance costs, and low power consumption.
4. Wide application range and good uniformity of product cooling.
