With the continuous operation of the drum fertilizer dryer for a long time, friction and moisture in the material, the equipment will also produce different corrosion, which inevitably leads to the rupture of the dryer drum. Specific solutions are as follows:
(1) When repairing cracks in the dryer cylinder, the surface area must be carefully measured with a ruler sample to ensure that the external dimension is qualified and to avoid deviation.
(2) When there is a crack in the drying cylinder, we can use small diameter welding rod and small current welding specifications for layered welding repair. Then carefully polish the weld to prevent cylinder deformation or damage.
(3) If the cracks in the dryer drum are serious, the equipment can be disassembled and welded as a whole, or the drum can be replaced. But this approach is not only complicated. The engineering quantity is large and the cost is high, which has great influence on the drying production line. Therefore, it is not recommended to use when the cylinder is slightly worn or cracked.
(4) Under normal circumstances, most of the reasons for the rupture of the dryer drum are caused by improper operation. This requires us to strictly follow the operating instructions during the use of the equipment to prevent equipment failure due to operational errors, which will not only delay the time of the entire drying operation, but also increase the user's substantial maintenance costs.
In the actual application process, in addition to the cracks on the roller, the fertilizer dryer will also produce other abnormal conditions, so it is recommended that you regularly maintain the organic fertilizer equipment to ensure the safety and durability of the equipment.
