The organic fertilizer compost turning machine is suitable for the fermentation and turning of organic wastes such as livestock and poultry manure, sludge waste, sugar mill filter mud, slag cake, straw and sawdust. It is an essential fermentation equipment for the production of organic fertilizers. The equipment is mainly used to supply oxygen to organic materials and fermentation strains under aerobic fermentation conditions, to promote their rapid and sufficient decomposition, drying and dehydration, and prepare for subsequent processing. The manure processed by the organic fertilizer stir-frying machine is almost odorless and has low viscosity, which can be used as base fertilizer and top dressing. The fertilizer effect is long and the fertilizer is stable. Supplement nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and trace elements in soil and enrich soil organic matter.

1. The fermentation time is short. First, industrial fermentation technology is used to inoculate high-efficiency active bacteria, so that microorganisms can quickly form dominant bacteria, shorten fermentation time, and speed up deodorization. The maturation time for deodorization is generally 2 to 3 days, 15 to 20 days in summer, and 2 to 3 months in winter.
2. Low energy consumption. The fermentation process utilizes biothermal energy, low energy consumption, low coal, low electricity, and low labor intensity to evaporate a large amount of water, control the fermentation humidity, and reduce the loss of effective substances.
3. The environmental pollution is small, and closed equipment is used to enhance the controllability of industrial production and reduce the exposure of parasitic sources of mosquitoes and flies.
