According to the chemical or physical production process, it is an organic-inorganic combined ecological fertilizer produced by mechanical processing.

During the operation of the organic fertilizer production line, the organic material obtained by aerobic fermentation of the compost turning machine, urea, ammonium, etc, are added to the disc mixer in a specific ratio, and then sent to the granulator for granulation after mixing evenly. In the granulator, the material forms a mechanical fluidized bed at a certain speed, during which an appropriate amount of steam is added to promote the material to agglomerate into granules. The granulation and forming system of the organic fertilizer granulator machine is to make the materials into granules after mixing the crushed ingredients.

The flat-die granulator can be selected, and its advantages are: wide adaptability of raw materials, especially suitable for organic substances; wide requirements for raw material density and raw material moisture, raw materials do not need to be dried; large diameter of the pressing roller, the template can be used in both positive and negative directions, The material is evenly distributed in the compression chamber, the granulation is stable, the granule forming rate is high, and the appearance of the finished granules is uniform and not easily broken; the whole granulation and forming process does not add water, which saves the cost of subsequent granule drying.
