The change of fermentation temperature of organic fertilizer equipment is the most direct and sensitive index of whether fermentation is normal. Our requirements for fermentation temperature changes can be summarized as: steady warming in the early stage, moderate temperature in the middle stage, and slow cooling in the late stage. The temperature change in the early stage of fermentation should deal with the relationship between fast and stable, that is, the fermentation temperature should be fast, but the temperature should not be too fast, and it should be stable as far as possible. The temperature and time of high temperature maintenance in the middle period of fermentation should be moderate. The ideal high temperature value of organic fertilizer equipment fermentation is 50~60 ° C, and it is strictly prohibited to exceed 70 ° C. The length of high temperature maintenance time reflects the adjustment of the previous formula and the adjustment of raw materials.

The fermentation temperature of ordinary organic fertilizer equipment is mainly adjusted by turning the pile and forced ventilation, which generally follows the principle of "different time temperature, different time temperature". The reactor must be turned over or ventilated to avoid the formation of an anaerobic environment in the reactor. In the high temperature stage, when the pile temperature is lower than 50 ° C, the pile should be turned in time to increase the pile temperature, promote the decomposition of organic matter, and kill harmful organisms. Once the temperature exceeds 65 ° C in the later stage of fermentation, the pile must be turned in time to prevent carbonization and ammonia production. this
