When using an organic fertilizer granulator for the first time, the following points should be noted:
1. Equipment inspection: Check whether all components of the organic fertilizer equipment are complete, whether the connections are firm, and whether there is any looseness or damage. Check the lubrication system of the equipment to ensure that there is sufficient and clean lubricating oil or grease. Ensure that the equipment is installed on a level and solid foundation, with the main body perpendicular to the horizontal plane and the anchor bolts firmly fixed.
2. Equipment preheating: The components of the new equipment have not yet been broken in and may experience jamming. The equipment needs to be preheated before starting up.
3. Parameter adjustment: After startup, continue to adjust the equipment temperature according to the nature of the material. When operating normally, the machine temperature should remain stable. Control the feeding speed to be uniform and stable to avoid equipment blockage caused by too fast feeding or production efficiency affected by too slow feeding.
4. Operation Monitoring: During the operation of the equipment, closely monitor its operational status, including parameters such as temperature, pressure, current, and voltage, as well as the vibration and noise conditions of the equipment.
5. Shutdown operation: When shutting down, the operator must completely cut off the power supply and remove the parts with wrenches at the machine head of the equipment. They should be preheated separately before the next use. After production is completed, conduct a thorough cleaning of the equipment to remove any residual materials on the surface and inside, especially at the feed port, discharge port, transmission components and other parts.
Through the above steps, it can be ensured that the organic fertilizer granulator operates safely and efficiently during its first use, and at the same time, the service life of the equipment can be prolonged.
