During the installation phase, site planning should be completed first. The production line should be laid out according to the process flow, with ample space for operation and maintenance. Concrete foundations should be cast and vibration dampened to prevent loosening of components due to resonance during operation.
A comprehensive inspection should be performed before commissioning. Check the installation accuracy of each equipment component, such as whether the sensor on the batching scale is level and whether the gap between the screw conveyor blades and the casing is uniform. This should prevent installation deviations that could lead to poor material conveying or inaccurate metering.
