The rust removal methods of organic fertilizer equipment

2024/02/19

1. Mechanical rust removal: Use wire brush, sandpaper and other mechanical tools to remove rust on the surface of organic fertilizer equipment through physical friction. This method is suitable for equipment with light corrosion.

2. Chemical rust removal: The use of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and other chemicals, chemical reaction with rust, so that it is dissolved in the solution. This method is suitable for equipment with severe corrosion. However, it should be noted that the surface of the equipment should be cleaned immediately after chemical rust removal to prevent further corrosion of the equipment caused by residual chemicals.

3. Electrolytic rust removal: Through the electrolytic cell, the rust moves in the opposite direction of the current, so as to achieve the purpose of rust removal. This method is suitable for large equipment or equipment that is not suitable for the use of chemicals.

4. Ultrasonic rust removal: The use of ultrasonic high-frequency vibration, so that the rust from the surface of the equipment off. This method is suitable for equipment with thin corrosion.

5. Sand blasting: Through high-speed spraying of sand particles, impact the surface of the equipment, remove rust. This method is suitable for equipment with serious corrosion, but care needs to be taken to prevent sand particles from causing damage to the equipment.

6. Laser rust removal: The use of laser high energy, instantly melt rust, so that it falls off from the surface of the equipment. This method is suitable for equipment with thin corrosion.

In actual operation, the appropriate rust removal method should be selected according to the actual situation of the equipment. At the same time, anti-rust treatment should be carried out after rust removal to extend the service life of the organic fertilizer production line.
