The important role of fermentation equipment in the production of organic fertilizer equipment?

2023/07/03

In the entire production process, organic fertilizer fermentation equipment plays an important role, and the quality of organic fertilizer also depends on the fermentation process, so everyone is concerned about the organic fertilizer fermentation process. Let's take a look at the relevant knowledge.

The heating time in the fermentation process of organic fertilizer equipment refers to the early stage of the composting process. The compost temperature gradually increases from the ambient temperature to 45℃. The dominant microorganisms were mainly thermophilic microorganisms, including bacteria, fungi and actinomyces. The base is mainly sugar and starch, the fruiting bodies of fungi can be found in time, and animals and protozoa are also involved in differentiation.

In the high temperature stage of organic fertilizer fermentation, when the pile temperature rises steadily to more than 45℃, it enters the high temperature stage. During this period, thermophilic microorganisms were inhibited or even died, while thermophilic microorganisms rose to become dominant microorganisms. In the organic fertilizer granulator, the residual and newly formed soluble organic matter in the compost before granulation is continuously oxidized and decomposed, and complex organic matter such as hemicellulose - cellulose and protein also begins to decompose strongly.

The microbial activity of organic fertilizer fermentation is carried out alternately. Usually at 60 ° C, thermophilic fungi and actinomycetes are most intense. When the temperature rises to 70 ° C, the fungi almost completely stop their activity, and only thermophilic bacteria and actinomycetes are active. When the temperature rises to 80 ° C, most thermophilic microorganisms no longer adapt, and a large number of them enter dormancy and die. The optimal temperature for compost production in modern organic fertilizer production lines is usually 60 ° C, because in this temperature range most microorganisms are active and easy to differentiate organic matter, and most pathogens and parasites can be killed.
