The problem of uneven pelleting of disc granulator can be solved by the following methods:
1. Material pretreatment: The moisture content of the material has a significant impact on the granulation effect. The ideal moisture content should be between 18%-22%. If the material is too wet, rice husk powder (5-8%) can be added for adjustment; if the material is too dry, an atomizing nozzle can be used for water replenishment. The fineness of the material should be uniform, and it is recommended to crush the material to 2-3mm through a screen or crusher. For materials with high fiber content, such as straw, two-stage crushing should be performed.
2. Equipment parameter adjustment: It can be accurately measured and adjusted by a digital angle meter. Adjust the disc speed according to the output, and regularly check and replace the worn scraper.
3. Install an online particle size analyzer: real-time monitoring of D50 particle size, and automatic adjustment of the disc speed when it exceeds the tolerance. Optimize the spray system and use a rotary atomizing nozzle to ensure uniform spraying; the binder concentration is controlled at 5%-8% (CMC solution).
4. Operation and maintenance: Optimize the feeding speed, maintain the stability of the feeding speed of the organic fertilizer equipment, and avoid sudden changes. Clean the spray system regularly to prevent the spray system from being blocked and ensure that the nozzle is unobstructed. Grade the fine powder and return it to avoid direct circulation. Clean the accumulated material at the bottom of the disc every day and check the unobstructed condition of the nozzle; check the scraper wear and bearing lubrication status every week; check the concentricity of the disc and the tightness of the power transmission belt every month.
