In China's agricultural development, organic fertilizer mixer is an important organic fertilizer equipment, its mixing quality directly affects the growth of crops and soil fertility. However, at present, the method of measuring the mixing quality of organic fertilizer mixer in China is not perfect, which not only limits the optimization of the performance of organic fertilizer mixer, but also may bring adverse effects on agricultural production. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the method of measuring the stirring quality of the organic fertilizer mixer.

The method of measuring the mixing quality of organic fertilizer mixer mainly includes two parts: laboratory analysis and field test. Laboratory analysis is mainly through chemical methods and physical methods to determine the samples after organic fertilizer mixing, such as laser particle size analyzer, infrared spectroscopy, etc. In field test, online monitoring equipment is used to collect real-time data of various indicators in the process of organic fertilizer mixing, such as mixing uniformity monitor and water content monitor. Using these methods comprehensively, the mixing quality of organic fertilizer mixer can be evaluated comprehensively.

In order to explore the determination method of the mixing quality of the organic fertilizer mixer, the following experimental schemes were designed in this study: First, different types and specifications of organic fertilizer raw materials were selected to be stirred by the organic fertilizer mixer; Secondly, laboratory analysis and field test methods were used to measure various indexes of the stirred organic fertilizer. Finally, the statistical analysis of the data was carried out to explore the relationship between the mixing quality of the organic fertilizer mixer and each evaluation index.
