To ensure the environmental performance of urea crusher, we can start from the following aspects:
1. Dust control: Urea pulverizer will generate a lot of dust during operation. Equipped with an efficient pulse dust removal system, dust is collected by bags, which can effectively reduce dust flying. Ensure that the sealing performance of organic fertilizer equipment is good to reduce dust leakage. For example, a fully enclosed design is used to prevent dust from overflowing.
2. Tail gas treatment: Wet scrubbing technology is used to treat tail gas, and ammonia and dust in the tail gas are removed by water washing or acid washing. The use of a combined dust collector, including a cyclone separation section and a filter bag dust removal section, can reduce the dust content in the tail gas.
3. Process optimization: Before the urea solution enters the granulator, an ammonia recovery tower is set up to strip free ammonia through hot CO₂ gas and condense it for recovery, thereby reducing the ammonia content in the tail gas.
4. A corrugated plate cooler is used to cool the intermediate granular urea to reduce its temperature and recover the heat generated during the cooling process.
5. Equipment maintenance and management: Regularly inspect and maintain the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the dust removal system and exhaust gas treatment system.
Operate the equipment strictly in accordance with the operating procedures to avoid increased dust and exhaust gas emissions due to improper operation.
Through the above measures, the environmental protection performance of the urea crusher can be effectively improved, dust and exhaust gas emissions can be reduced, and environmental protection requirements can be met.
