How to Address Decreased Capacity of Organic Fertilizer Crushers

As a key piece of equipment in organic fertilizer production, the capacity of organic fertilizer crushers directly impacts production efficiency and economic returns. When capacity reduction occurs, multiple factors, including equipment, materials, and operation, must be investigated and addressed.

First, check the condition of the organic fertilizer equipment's core components. Blade wear is a common cause of capacity reduction. If the blade edge becomes blunt or chipped, this reduces pulverization efficiency. Blades should be promptly removed for grinding or replacement. When replacing, ensure the blades are installed at the same angle to ensure uniform force distribution. Also, check the pulverization chamber for blockage caused by material buildup. If so, shut down the machine for cleaning. After cleaning, apply a small amount of lubricant to the chamber walls to reduce material adhesion.

Second, optimize material pretreatment. Excessively high material moisture content can easily lead to clumping, increasing pulverization resistance. Airing or drying the material should be used to control the moisture content to 15%-20%. Excessively large particle size can also affect capacity. Screening can be added before pulverization to reduce bulky material to a specified particle size range and avoid overloading the equipment.

Finally, standardize operation and perform regular maintenance. Operators must strictly follow the equipment manual to control the feed speed to avoid stalling due to excessive feeding. They must also check bearing temperature and lubrication before daily startup, tighten transmission components weekly, and perform a complete monthly disassembly and overhaul, promptly replacing aging seals and drive belts to ensure the equipment is always in good operating condition. These measures can effectively address the issue of declining organic fertilizer crusher production capacity and ensure stable and efficient production.
