2. Dehydration: The collected pig manure is dehydrated to facilitate subsequent fermentation.
3. Crushing and mixing: the dehydrated pig manure is broken and mixed to achieve an appropriate particle size distribution, which is conducive to fermentation and further processing.
4. Fermentation: The mixed pig manure is fermented, and the organic matter is decomposed by microorganisms to produce heat and fertilizer. Temperature, humidity and ventilation conditions need to be controlled to ensure the growth and fermentation of microorganisms.
5. Heap turning: In the fermentation process of organic fertilizer equipment, regular heap turning operations are carried out to maintain uniform and adequate fermentation, while helping to distribute the heat generated by fermentation.
6. Granulation: The material after secondary mixing is granulated, which can be extruded, rounded and other methods to form a certain size of granular organic fertilizer.
7. Drying and cooling: the organic fertilizer after granulation is dried to reduce water content and improve fertilizer efficiency. After drying, it is cooled to achieve suitable storage and transportation conditions.
8. Packaging and storage: the dried and cooled organic fertilizer is packaged and marked with product name, specifications, production date and other information to facilitate sales and users to understand.
