1. Raw material preparation: First of all, collect organic waste such as livestock and poultry manure, crop straw, urban solid waste, etc., use organic fertilizer equipment for fermentation treatment, so that it can meet the health standards of organic fertilizer production.

2. Crushing and screening: the organic material after fermentation is broken to reach a certain particle size. Then, the material is screened through the screening equipment to ensure the uniformity of particle size.

3. Mixing: The organic materials after screening are mixed with other auxiliary raw materials (such as fertilizers, microbial agents, etc.) in a certain proportion to meet the nutritional requirements of organic fertilizers.

4. Granulation: the mixed material is sent to the flat mold granulation machine for granulation. The flat die granulator extrudes the material into a granular shape through a high-speed rotating mold, and the particle size can be adjusted according to demand.

5. Drying: The finished organic fertilizer particles are dried to reduce the moisture content and improve the preservation and stability of organic fertilizer.

6. Cooling: The dried organic fertilizer particles need to be cooled for subsequent packaging and transportation.

7. Packaging: The cooled organic fertilizer particles are packaged and marked with product name, specifications, production date and other information to ensure product quality.

8. Storage and transportation: Store the packaged organic fertilizer in a ventilated, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humid environment. In the transportation process, to ensure the integrity and stability of organic fertilizer.
