These lines can precisely adjust the ratios of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and trace elements based on regional soil fertility and crop needs, producing customized blended fertilizers. Furthermore, some advanced production lines utilize industrial solid waste as raw materials and auxiliary materials, transforming waste into valuable resources and reducing land occupation and pollution caused by solid waste storage.
However, these production lines also have potential environmental impacts that warrant careful attention. First, dust pollution. Dust is easily generated during the handling, mixing, and screening of raw materials, leading to increased atmospheric particulate matter concentrations and affecting surrounding air quality. Second, noise pollution. The noise generated by equipment such as crushers and mixers can disrupt the lives of nearby residents and the ecological environment. Third, energy-related emissions. If production lines rely on coal for heating or use high-energy-consuming equipment, this can increase emissions of greenhouse gases and pollutants such as carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide, further burdening the environment.
